2025 Change Scholarship
Khi Tall Bull
Each year we partner with members of the local community to provide new opportunities to those who are ready to begin their own self-development journeys. Our scholarship recipients are selected by a diverse panel of judges who carefully review each essay submission. The candidates selected exhibit high levels of intrinsic motivation, have overcome major life changes, and posses the desire to help others through community engagement.

Thank you Kitsap County for your support!

Culture & Diversity
My name is Khi Mariah Tall Bull. I am a nineteen year old student athlete attending olympic college. My favorite subject is sociology but I also look forwards to studying psychology. I am from Missoula, Montana. Representing the Northern Cheyenne, Blackfeet, and Nez Perce Tribes. My culture is most important to me because it represents who I am, what I believe in, and where I will go.
I recently participated in the Miss Kitsap Scholarship pageant and learned news skills that will help me make a differences in my community. As the new Miss Silverdale 2025, I intend on using my platform to spread awareness of personal health and well-being practices withing my community. This pageant opened up numerous opportunities for me to meet new people, move forward in my education, and engage with a diverse community.
Community Leadership
I am currently working on my associates degree at Olympic College and would like to finish my bachelors at the University of Montana. My goal is to obtain a PhD in psychology that I can use to engage community research and action.
To represent my community, I will also participate in the Miss Kyiyo 2027 pageant. This would give me the opportunity to engage directly with my community while expanding my cultural knowledge.

I want to be a role model striving for success and growth. Engaging in every opportunity towards success while making my education my first priority. I aim to support ongoing development for individuals who have faced challenges in life but remain resilient in a positive manner.
