The ADHD Neighbor FAQ is a free community resource for individuals, parents, and families on the Olympic Peninsula navigating ADHD.

How it works: community members submit anonymous questions. Local volunteer experts — therapists, school psychologists, pediatricians, and ADHD coaches — answer them in plain language. Answers are published here for the whole community to access.

This resource is a partnership between Olympic Peninsula CHADD and local ADHD professionals across the Peninsula and Kitsap County who donate their time to make expert answers accessible to everyone — regardless of insurance, income, or location.

All questions are anonymous. No name is ever required or shared.
